In weightlessness ...

Regarding the past, it appears that everything is cyclic: doomed to grow, to thrive, to wane and finally disappear. Whether they are celestial objects, geological structures, species, individuals that compose them, societies they form, monuments they erect, civilizations they build. So that the remnants of their past existences litter our present, fit into our time. Vestiges of a chain of eroded mountains, remains of extinct species, rests of formerly sacred monuments, witnesses of a time when the belief in a specific divinity ruled every existence.
